Gas N Wash

This is collusion. I just want a 22oz coffee for a $1 like the old days. I can’t get a candy bar here for less than $3.50. You’re welcome Rob….

Stupid AI phone number. Can't get help from a real person. AI gets everything wrong. Gave my information several times and it couldn't get any of it right. So now im out the money for the membership, still no membership, and zero help. Insane. Oh and anyone looking to work here, its also AI that interviews you. No way to talk to real people. Horrible. This is why I canceled my $40/month membership. It's horrible. Then they send me a $10 first month to come back and they screw me again.

Love this Gas-n-Wash! My husband and I frequent it a couple times a week. The car wash jere is great. They don't stack cars too closely so there is no concern of an accident with someone hitting the brakes while in nuetral on the belt. This place is a one stop shop with Dunkin', Beggars Pizza, Pop's Italian Beef and a large assortment of snack and drinks in The Market.

Stop insulting me because I won’t sign up for the car wash club. Quote, “I guess you don’t like saving money”. Really, what’s wrong with you. It was an older guy in middle trying to upsell. Listen if I want it I will but it. Stop being ignorant to the people paying your salary. I will go other places until this guy is removed. Educate your employees on customer service.

Place is okay at best tbh. I don't enjoy getting harassed to sign up for the membership every time I go through, and no I don't need to be educated about how your wash sucks and misses the entire back of both of my cars no matter how many times you run it through the wash.
